Projekt Walloxen

BRF Walloxen is a Swedish genuine housing cooperative located in Särsta, Knivsta, specializing in modern apartment buildings and townhouses constructed with wood elements that integrate closely with surrounding forests and lakes.

• Locations: The association manages properties at Margaretavägen 50–52 near Lake Valloxen, featuring unique residences named Djungelhuset, Sjöradhusen, Länken, Bunkern, Annexet, and Prinsen och Prinsessan.
• Services: Property management and issue reporting are handled by Alltime, while parking is monitored by Aimo Park with zone codes available for logged-in members.
• Operations: The community is governed by an annually elected board that serves all residents, offering amenities such as hiking trails in the adjacent forest and seasonal lake activities including swimming, fishing, and ice skating.
