Pafos Zoo

Pafos Zoo is a Cypriot wildlife reserve dedicated to animal care, conservation science, and educating visitors about nature within over 100,000 square meters of natural environment on the island of Cyprus.

• History: Founded in September 2003 by Mr Christos Christoforou as the first licensed zoo in Cyprus after three years of construction to house his extensive bird collection and educate the public.
• Animals: The facility hosts an extensive variety including giraffes, tigers, white lions, venomous snakes, parrots, monkeys, meerkats, crocodiles, kangaroos, albino wallabies, mouflon, and owls that perform daily tricks.
