Fondazione Condivivere is an Italian non-profit organization founded in 2010 by a group of parents and siblings dedicated to redefining adulthood for individuals with cognitive disabilities. Rather than relying on traditional care models, the foundation empowers people to achieve autonomy through rights-based support that fosters independence from early childhood onward.
