Estou Contigo! is a Portuguese social initiative dedicated to combating elderly isolation through weekly telephone conversations that foster connection and joy among seniors living alone. The program operates via partner associations in Portugal, matching volunteers over 18 with beneficiaries after careful selection and online onboarding training sessions.
