Cruise Port IJmuiden

Cruise Port IJmuiden is a Dutch non-profit initiative that provides practical travel information for visitors arriving at its two cruise terminals in the North Sea town of IJmuiden. The volunteer-run project aims to help tourists navigate local attractions, transportation options, and coastal highlights with ease and accuracy.

• Industries: The initiative serves cruise passengers exploring Dutch culture, historic cities like Haarlem, and scenic villages such as Volendam and Zaanse Schans.
• Operations: Run by dedicated volunteers with nearly four decades of experience, the group maintains an independent website offering up-to-date arrivals calendars and local tips.

The port is projected to become the second busiest in the Netherlands starting in 2026.
