Clientenbelang Breda

Cliëntenbelang Breda is a Dutch organization composed of independent volunteers that assists residents facing issues with municipal benefits or debt assistance from the Kredietbank West-Brabant and Gemeente Breda. The group advocates for clients by presenting problems to officials, arranging meetings with relevant personnel, and seeking solutions when complaints are mishandled or regulations are violated.

• Services: Advocacy support for individuals receiving Participatiewet benefits or struggling with debt management services in the municipality of Breda.
• Locations: An open-door consultation hour is held monthly at Bibliotheek Molenstraat 6, alongside meetings at the city hall and other locations within Breda.
• Operations: The volunteer team conducts eight joint sessions annually, including four with the alderman for work and income, while reviewing documents to advise on college or council decisions.

The organization actively recruits new members who currently receive a Participatiewet benefit to strengthen its support network.
