Azorparadise is a Portuguese luxury eco-lodge development located on Pico Island in the Azores, dedicated to hosting affluent couples, families, and corporate retreats within exclusive indoor and outdoor spaces designed for sensory comfort and mental quietness.

• Locations: The property features a pristine 350-meter waterfront extension on East Pico Island, bordering the Ponta da Ilha Natural Reserve with no nearby construction allowed by zoning plans.
• Products: The development includes twelve villas comprising eight one-bedroom units and four studios, each offering 180-degree sunrise sea views from patios or balconies.
• Services: Amenities meet five-star standards through an indoor heated swimming pool accessible year-round, nautical infrastructure near the port, and common areas featuring bar service for social events.
• Operations: Construction works are ongoing with a gross floor area of 1,309 square meters, supported by private investors and the European Regional Development Fund to create positive environmental impact.

The project is currently raising capital from stakeholders including Millennium BCP bank to expand its wealth-generating potential.
