Associazione Antitrust Italiana

Associazione Antitrust Italiana is an Italian professional association uniting over 50 legal and economic consulting firms dedicated to advancing competition law and consumer protection policy. It facilitates dialogue among academics, researchers, and practitioners while engaging with public institutions like the European Commission and Italy's national market authority.

• Mission: Promotes in-depth discussion of relevant developments by preparing proposals for submission to regulatory bodies and organizing conferences, seminars, and editorial initiatives.
• Membership: Admits individuals, professional associations, and entities demonstrating a concrete interest in competition law who commit to respecting the association's statutes and internal regulations.
• Governance: Operates through an Assembly of Members, a six-member Executive Committee including at least two representatives from underrepresented genders, and specific roles for President, Treasurer, and General Secretary.

The organization was formally restructured with its new statute approved in June 2018 and effective January 2019.
